Monday wasn’t all too busy of a day. I woke up around 7:30 and re-read through the play that I had had to read for class. I got to the office five minutes before class started and we spent the entire time talking about the play called Der Streit or the streif.
After class I went back to my dorm and worked on homework for Tuesday. I also went shopping at the Hofer (Austrian Aldi) around the corner and bought bread, butter, apples, and cottage cheese. I spent the afternoon cleaning up, folding clothes, and getting my half of the room to look good again.
Eventually I had to get ready to go to Kiss Me Kate at the Volksoper. Since Stephen hadn’t seen the first act last time, Andy and I had agreed to go with him a second time so that he could see the entire show. I made sure that I got there early enough to reserve good standing places for the three of us. Andy ended up not coming because he had decided to go out with the other guys for St. Patrick’s day festivities.
After the performance was done, I headed back home and went to bed.
