Saturday I woke up to my 8:00 alarm and started to get ready. I had signed up for a weekend workshop to learn about opera in Vienna. I met Andy in the lobby at 9:15 and we headed to the appropriate stop on the train. When we got off we saw Erica, who having done a workshop last semester, knew exactly where to go.
When we got to the studio Alexander, our teacher, let us in and we saw Jesse and Stephen. It was an interesting day. We learned about Haydn, Mozart, and Beethoven and history about each one of them. We took a break half way through around 12:30 to grab lunch and then kept on going until 6:00. Needless to say it was a long day.
When I got home that night, I skyped with Mother and Dad (and Louis). We talked for about an hour about how much time we'll want to spend in Vienna and where we'll be traveling for Easter. In the meantime I helped Dad schedule an appointment at the Apple Store in GR to fix his phone and looked at hotel options here in Vienna. They had to leave for the appointment at the Apple Store so we hung up.
I decided to see if Kels was available. She was. We probably talked for about 2 hours. Eventually we got to the point where we really didn't have that much more to say so we just started whining about being apart. We hung up and I decided to take a shower before I got ready for bed. I set my alarm again for 8:00 and went to sleep.
