Thursday morning I got up and wrote a two page paper on my favorite period in history. It was an assignment for my History class and the prof wanted to see how good everyone's English was. I wrote about the time of the American Revolution. Once I finished my paper, I emailed it to myself and went to the office to print it off.
I got to class early so that I could get a good seat. Dr. Finnbar talked about the WWI and the race to the sea and how it became a war of attrition. It was a very interesting class, but two hour classes are hard to sit through.
After class I headed back to the office and stuck around until it was time to leave for dance class. Janaya, Jesse, Andy, Erica, and I left and eventually found our way to the dance school. Jesse ended up leaving because it was too expensive in his opinion and Stephen and Anneke met us there later. Our class was good. We learned the basic waltz and next week we'll be working on the Viennese waltz which is somehow different though I'm not sure why.
Afterwards we all headed back to our dorms. I got back to my room and decided to journal for a bit. Shortly after making some good progress, I headed to bed.
